A man who was found with an erection after he went to a doctor and was put in hospital has been sentenced to five months in jail and is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow for a three-year prison term and ordered to pay $4.2 million.

"The charge, for which the defendant is facing a two-year prison term, was not improper."
